300 Avenue Road,
Toronto
300-302 Avenue Road was originally constructed in
the early 1890's as two grand semi-detached residences. Taken over as
a vacant derelict ninety years later, it was rehabilitated into an
understated six unit residential condominium. Multi-level unit designs
interlocked to provide private roof terrace or garden spaces to all
units, which also included private garages, fireplaces, two storey
living spaces, and a host of luxury finishes. 300 Avenue Road was
recognized by the Ontario Renews Awards Program in 1984 for excellence
and achievement in the category of single family to multiple family
conversion. |
