"Loft House", now complete, is a custom built residence located in Riverdale in Toronto. Within a "traditional" external shell it has been purpose built for a client who was unable to find a large enough soon enough loft space. Built to a specific design program, it features all steel construction, exposed open web steel joists and steel decking and polished concrete floors.
